Once we understand the work, we set out the deliverables, fixed price and timeline in a proposal. We agree any changes to that scope before taking them on.

Build and review
We share progress at agreed stages so you can try the work and give feedback. Content, features and the details of how it works are reviewed together.

Launch and hand over
We check the finished project with you, prepare for launch and explain how to use it, including anything your team needs to manage day to day.
